TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contracting Authority intends to take out a new WGA own-risk insurer policy as of 1-1-2027 in order to cover all attributable costs of the WGA own-risk incumbency. In doing so, in addition to basic coverage, the run-off risk must also be covered. The Contracting Authority is the own-risk party for the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) and also intends to remain so throughout the entire term of the new WGA own-risk insurance policy.
