Introduction of a new cloud-based and future-proof travel expense accounting and cost reimbursement system at KfW and IPEX. The new SaaS solution is intended to replace the current travel expense accounting tool (SAP HCM TRV). Key functionalities: - Capture and management of travel expenses and cost reimbursements - Approval and release workflows - Reporting and transparency - Receipt management and automation - Tax and payroll tax-relevant requirements - Fraud and error detection - Roles and authorization concept - Deletion concept - App for use on mobile end devices The tool is intended to cover the digital, efficient and audit-proof processing of the entire travel expense and expense reimbursement process, from capture through approval, review and release of the costs to be reimbursed. In addition, it is intended to provide the regulatorily mandatory e-invoice format and detailed reporting for greater transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
