Introduction of a new cloud-based and future-proof travel expense settlement and cost reimbursement system at KfW and IPEX. The new SaaS solution is intended to replace the current travel expense settlement tool (SAP HCM TRV). Key functionalities: - Recording and management of travel expenses and cost reimbursements - Approval and release workflows - Reporting and transparency - Receipt management and automation - Tax and wage-tax relevant requirements - Fraud and error detection - Roles and permissions concept - Deletion concept - App for use on mobile end devices The tool is intended to cover the handling of the entire process of travel expense and expense reimbursement digitally, efficiently and audit-proof, from recording through approval, review and release of the costs to be reimbursed. In addition, it is intended to provide the regulatorily mandatory E-invoice format and detailed reporting for greater transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
