The Nortorfer Land Office intends to introduce a new software solution for carrying out double-entry financial accounting and invoicing in accordance with the statutory requirements of the state of Schleswig-Holstein. The previously used solution (MACH mps CIP) is to be replaced. The subject of the tender is the provision, implementation, and migration services of the software, as well as maintenance, care, and ongoing customer support in “SaaS operation”. The software is hosted by the provider, who also manages the infrastructure, security, maintenance, and updates. Users access it via a web browser or a mobile app without local installation or maintenance. A usage period of 5 years is being tendered, with an option to extend the term.
