2.1 Short overview The contractor shall provide all services required for the complete introduction and operation of the target platform for a period of 48 months. These include: - Project management - Architecture and detailed planning - Delivery of required licenses - Delivery of required system components - Installation and configuration - Integration into existing systems - Migration of existing users and services - Conducting tests - Training - Documentation - Commissioning - Manufacturer support - Maintenance and operational services 2.2 Integration into the existing OXE infrastructure The proposed solution must be fully integrated into the existing Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OXE infrastructure.
