TENDER DESCRIPTION

The intensive care unit currently has 8 beds; an expansion to 12 beds is planned. The solution will be operated as an on-premise system and is intended for digital documentation as well as the optimization of clinical processes in the intensive care area. Coverage of anaesthesia is not part of this tender. The PDMS must be integrated into the hospital’s existing IT and medical technology environment. A user-friendly, high-performance and fail-safe solution is expected that ensures complete capture, analysis and presentation of medical data and enables improved quality of care and more cost-effective processes. The contracting authority operates MEDLINQ in anaesthesia and expects seamless connection of the PDMS to the hospital information system (KIS) MEDICO as well as to ADVANOVA VMobil. In particular, FHIR interfaces for cross-system interoperability are to be implemented.
