TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purchasing consortium HAMBURG WASSER, consisting of the companies Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR (HSE) and Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH (HWW), is awarding the above-mentioned service under the lead responsibility of HSE. Initial contract term = 48 months. Maximum contract term = 96 months. After expiry of 48 months, the contracting authorities are entitled at any time to terminate the contract with a notice period of 6 months at the end of a calendar month. Starting situation: Currently, HAMBURG WASSER (peer-level corporation of the parent companies HWW and HSE) has no central tool for project, resource management and project portfolio management. In the individual departments, Excel and similar tools are used as aids for this purpose. With the introduction of central project portfolio management at HAMBURG WASSER, the use of software is indispensable and mandatory for the success of functioning processes.
