TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purchasing consortium HAMBURG WASSER, consisting of the companies Hamburger Stadtentwässerung AöR (HSE) and the Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH (HWW), is awarding the above service under the lead of HSE. Initial contract term = 48 months. Maximum contract term = 96 months. After 48 months, the contracting authorities may at any time terminate the contract with a notice period of 6 months to the end of a calendar month. Initial situation: At HAMBURG WASSER (equal-status group company of the core companies HWW and HSE) there is currently no central tool for project management, resource management & project portfolio management. In the individual departments, Excel and similar tools are used as aids for this purpose. With the introduction of central project portfolio management at HAMBURG WASSER, the use of software is indispensable and mandatory for the success of functioning processes.
