TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Infrastruktur- und Projektgesellschaft Bergisch Gladbach mbH (IPGL), a 100% subsidiary of the City of Bergisch Gladbach, plans to build a technology, training and logistics center (TALZ) for the Fire Department of Bergisch Gladbach on the property Britanniahütte 14-16 in 51469 Bergisch Gladbach. A general planner is being sought. With the purchase of the Britanniahütte property in 2024, the Fire Department GL has the possibility to bundle various functions at one location and thus implement a sustainable solution. The Fire Department of Bergisch Gladbach intends at the Britanniahütte site to combine various functional areas which have previously been distributed across the entire city area. The aim is to optimize the organization of the individual areas, to realize synergy effects and thereby position the Fire Department of Bergisch Gladbach for the future.
