TENDER DESCRIPTION

Four places are to be kept available on a permanent basis for use by training participants of the Bundeswehr. These places may only be allocated to children if at least one of the persons with custody at the Hannover site is taking part in a training course. The childcare service will be provided in Building 28, Kugelfangtrift 1, 30179 Hannover, in rooms 005/006 (group room), 009 (corridor), 009a (vestibule), 014 (service room), 015 (rest/work room), 016 (sanitary room), 017 (kitchen). The premises have been structurally prepared by the contracting authority for the operation of the childcare facility by the contracting authority. The allocation of space, the rooms and the outdoor area have, in principle, been classified by the Regional State Office for Schools and Education Hannover as suitable for operating a childcare facility. It has been promised the corresponding operating permit in accordance with § 45 SGB VIII. The provision of the premises to the contractor will be regulated in a property lease agreement (Liegenschaftsüberlassungsvertrag, LÜV) to be concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor.
