TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Ludwigsburg intends, as part of a purchase, to procure a new Command and Control Vehicle 2 (ELW 2). The vehicle must be built on a road vehicle chassis. At the time of delivery, the vehicle must comply with the latest state of the art as well as the following provisions. The implementation requirements of the standards must be strictly complied with and the reference to the standards must be certified. The scope of services supplements the provisions of the standards: - DIN 1846-1 /-2 - E DIN14502-2 and DIN 14502-3 - DIN SPEC 14507-3:2014-06 - StVZO - EN 50173 application-neutral cabling systems - Technical Guideline BOS (TR BOS) - EC directives / EC standards - VDE standards - Motor-vehicle EMC Directive (KfZ-EMV Directive Directive 2014/30/EU and EMVG in the current version) - accident prevention regulations (UVV) - guideline of the Ministry of the Interior of Baden-Württemberg - other applicable regulations and recognized rules of technology, as well as the conditions of the underlying approval for early commencement of measures or the grant notice, and the equipment and fittings described in more detail below.
