TENDER DESCRIPTION

During the term of the contract, the contractor is guaranteed a minimum purchase quantity (2,000 pairs of lace-up boots for duty in fit “medium” or “regular”): 500 pairs in 2027 500 pairs in 2028 500 pairs in 2029 500 pairs in 2030 The contractor is entitled to acceptance of these minimum quantities. In return, the contracting authority is entitled to delivery of quantities beyond this at the agreed conditions. Optional purchase quantities: 700 pairs in 2027 700 pairs in 2028 700 pairs in 2029 700 pairs in 2030 The contracting authority is not obliged to take up the optional purchase quantity.
