The tender concerns the conclusion of a contract for the administration of municipally owned public elderly and care housing in Herning Municipality. The contract includes all tasks related to the administration of these dwellings, including, among other things, receiving and responding to inquiries from tenants, preparing lease contracts, collecting deposits and rent, ordinary bookkeeping, moving statements, consumption accounts, arrears collection, handling tenant complaints, secretarial services for tenant and department meetings, as well as preparing budgets and accounts.
