TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment comprises economic consulting services called off by the Contracting Authority’s finance department. The assignments relate to services concerning the Contracting Authority’s three (3) business areas, and if necessary other parts of the organisation. The assignment applies to both longer and shorter periods, and the Tenderer shall be able to offer economic services within the following main categories: Financial advisory - Risk management - Analysis work - Finance/business control management - Digital transformation - Automation Financial reporting - Efficiency improvement - Project work/support - Review and preparation of reports - Transition work - Digital reporting - Accounting matters Tax - Tax advisory - Tax processes Finance transformation/Management consulting - Review of the organisation - Review of processes and systems - Strategic and operational support to the finance management The assignment comprises economic consulting services called off by the Contracting Authority’s finance department.
