El contracte té per objecte la realització d’una campanya de caracterització analítica dissenyada amb criteris d’optimització de costos, que es realitzarà en compliment de les obligacions normatives que resulten del Pla de Sanejament de Catalunya i del Protocol entre l'Agència Catalana de l'Aigua (ACA) i l'Agència de Residus de Catalunya, pel qual s'aprova el procediment de seguiment de la concentració de metalls pesants en el fang de les EDAR urbanes destinades a valorització agronòmica. La caracterització analítica l’ha de dur a terme un laboratori certificat amb la ISO 17025 relativa a l’anàlisi de la matriu fang i ha d’estar acreditat per la Oficina d’Habilitació d’Entitats Col·laboradores en aquest àmbit: LA-AIG, camp LAE-L, de llots de depuradora.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract has as its purpose the performance of an analytical characterization campaign designed with cost-optimisation criteria, to be carried out in compliance with the regulatory obligations that result from the Sanitation Plan for Catalonia and the Protocol between the Catalan Water Agency (ACA) and the Waste Agency of Catalonia, whereby the procedure for monitoring the concentration of heavy metals in the sludge from urban WWTPs intended for agronomic valorisation is approved. The analytical characterisation must be carried out by a laboratory certified to ISO 17025 for the analysis of the sludge matrix and must be accredited by the Office for Authorisation of Collaborative Entities in this field: LA-AIG, scope LAE-L, of sewage treatment sludge.
