TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes the services necessary to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and public health conditions of the “O” building of the UOC, located at Rambla del Poblenou, 156, in Barcelona. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1: ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of the indoor and outdoor spaces, disinfection, deratting and disinfestation, supply and collection of hygienic containers, and refilling of bacteriostatics, using the personal, material and technical resources required. Lot 2: preparation, selective collection and transport of the waste generated in the building, as well as delivery to authorised managers for its recycling, recovery or treatment, with documentary accreditation of the quantities collected and their final destination.
