TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract is structured into three main services and two management cross-cutting services in order to ensure support for the Hospital Information System (GIS/HIS) of the La Plana Department of Health: 1) Maintenance and Operational Support: Preventive, corrective and adaptive maintenance of the care systems (xHIS, xGPC, eHC, PATWIN) and of the web and mobility applications environment (UHD, Urgencia2, Opera2, Intranet, among others), N2/N3 incident management, and the server and workplace exploitation plan. 2) Development and HCU Migration: Evolution projects, programming of new functionalities and execution of the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) process for the migration of xHIS to the Single Health Record (Historia Clínica Única, HCU). 3) Service Governance, Quality and Transition: Cross-cutting services that include the direction and monitoring of the project through single-point communication, execution of quality control plans for deliverables, training for users and security (ENS/RGPD), as well as management of the initial go-live plans and the final handover/return/reversal of the service.
