El objeto de esta licitación es prestación de Servicios de Adquisición y de Plataforma de Servicios de Pago (PSP) necesarios para habilitar el acceso directo al transporte público mediante tarjetas EMV sin contacto al sistema T-mobilitat.

Key services and deliverables include:

• Acquiring Services (PSP and Acquiring Bank): Managing payments for public transport access using contactless EMV bank cards via T-mobility terminals.
• Compensation of transactions: A detailed technical proposal for comprehensive process management (24x7), monitoring and control, incident resolution, continuous improvement, performance analysis, and operational services for specific components (1.22 to 1.25).
• Cryptographic Key Management: Generation, custody, rotation, and distribution of cryptographic keys (components 9.1 and 9.2) to secure information exchange within the EMV ecosystem.
• Denial List Management: Generation and distribution of denial lists.
• Debt Recovery Process Management: Integral management of the debt recovery process (component 4.1).
• Token Generation and Return to IVR: Integral management of generating and returning tokens to IVR (component 4.1).
• Integration Services: Integration with various T-mobility subsystems, including banking logic, secure SAM element (EMV kernels), ccTIU ABT terminals, EMV T-mobility Terminal Management System (RMS), and the EMV T-mobility Back-office and associated Portals.
• Methodology of Work: Specification of the proposed work methodology, including stages, phases, tasks, intermediate deliveries for Acquiring Services, and communication guidelines for T-mobility integration.
