El objeto de este Acuerdo marco es establecer los términos y las condiciones en las que tiene que ejecutarse el servicio de tratamiento de orgánica pretractada procedente de la planta de compostaje del Centro Comarcal de Tratamiento de Residuos del Vallès Oriental,en lo sucesivo CCTRVO, y fijar las condiciones generales de adjudicación y ejecución a que se tendrán que ajustar los contratos que se basen en este Acuerdo marco.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the service for the treatment of pre-treated organic waste from the composting plant of the Vallès Oriental Regional Waste Treatment Center, hereinafter CCTRVO, must be performed, and to set the general award and execution conditions to which the contracts based on this Framework Agreement must adhere.
