El objeto de este contrato administrativo es, según características y condiciones definidas en la memoria justificativa de la contratación y en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas, la fabricación y suministro a la Agencia Catalana del Patrimonio Cultural de un nuevo barco científico para poder desarrollar las tareas de inventario, protección, conservación, estudio y difusión del patrimonio arqueológico subacuático por parte del Centro de Arqueología Subacuática de Cataluña - Museo de Arqueología de Cataluña. Se incluye dentro del objeto del contrato toda la tramitación del abanderamiento del barco, en lista 8ª y de todos de los certificados y permisos necesarios para que el barco pueda navegar con pabellón español.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this administrative contract is, according to the characteristics and conditions defined in the procurement justification report and in the technical specifications, the manufacture and supply to the Agència Catalana del Patrimoni Cultural of a new scientific vessel in order to carry out the inventory, protection, conservation, study and dissemination tasks for underwater archaeological heritage by the Centre de Arqueologia Subaquàtica de Catalunya - Museu d'Arqueologia de Catalunya. The scope of the contract includes all processing relating to the vessel’s registration under the Spanish flag, in the 8th list, and all the certificates and permits required for the vessel to be able to navigate under the Spanish flag.
