El objeto del contrato es la prestación de servicios de emisión, renovación y gestión de certificados electrónicos cualificados para la Sociedad Regional de Promoción del Principado de Asturias, S.A.

The total duration of the contract is 5 years, commencing on the day following its formalization. The duration of the contract is independent of the individual validity of the electronic certificates issued or renewed during its execution. These certificates will remain valid until their respective expiration dates, even if these dates extend beyond the contract's end. The termination of the contract does not lead to the revocation or loss of validity of the certificates issued during its term, nor does it impose any obligation for new issuances, renewals, or services once the contract has concluded.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of services for the issuance, renewal, and management of qualified electronic certificates for the Regional Society for the Promotion of the Principality of Asturias, S.A.. The contract's scope specifically includes an estimated eleven (11) corporate employee electronic certificates and one (1) electronic certificate for the representation of a legal entity. These certificates must allow for the electronic identification of their holders and the electronic signing of documents with full legal validity.

Furthermore, the successful bidder will be responsible for all necessary renewals, substitutions, revocations, and other actions to guarantee the validity of these certificates throughout the contractual period. The estimated value of the contract is 2,232 EUR, with a performance period of five years. The services will be carried out from the facilities of the awarded company.
