El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de agencia de viajes y asistencia técnica en la gestión de viajes en las condiciones que se detallan en el pliego de condiciones técnicas particulares, la emisión, modificación, anulación en su caso y entrega de billetes de transporte aéreo, marítimo y terrestre, reservas de alojamiento, tanto en territorio nacional como internacional, y cualquier otro servicio propio del sector que pueda demandarse, como alquiler de vehículos con o sin conductor, transfers desde aeropuertos a hoteles y/o puntos de destino, etc.. para el equipo de profesores, estudiantes y de todo el personal relacionado con actividades propias de la Fundación IMDEA Networks por motivos profesionales. Este pliego se refiere a todos ellos, en adelante, como los usuarios o los viajeros.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the provision of travel agency services and technical assistance in travel management under the conditions set out in the specific technical specifications, including the issue, modification, and cancellation where applicable, as well as the delivery of tickets for air, sea and land transport, accommodation reservations, both in Spain and abroad, and any other services specific to the sector that may be required, such as vehicle rental with or without a driver, transfers from airports to hotels and/or to destination points, etc., for the teaching staff team, students and all personnel associated with activities carried out by the IMDEA Networks Foundation for professional reasons. This specifications document refers to all of them, hereinafter, as the users or travellers.
