El objeto del presente contrato consiste en la prestación de los servicios de transporte (concentración y dispersión) necesarios para la adecuada ejecución de la exposición “Los espacios madrileños en la Generación del 27”, que se celebrará en la Sala de Exposiciones de la Biblioteca Regional de Madrid, situada en la calle Ramírez de Prado, nº. 3, entre el 12 de febrero y el 9 de mayo de 2027, a través de la contratación externa del servicio con una empresa especializada que lleve a cabo los trabajos establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares y su anexo “Relación de obra” y que comprenderán entre otros: Toma de medidas de las obras y fabricación de embalajes. Transporte a la sala de exposiciones desde el domicilio de los prestadores y devolución al finalizar la muestra. Embalajes y desembalajes. Gestión de correos.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is the provision of transport services (concentration and dispersal) necessary for the proper execution of the exhibition “The Madrid Spaces in the Generation of ’27”, which will be held in the Exhibition Hall of the Regional Library of Madrid, located at Calle Ramírez de Prado, no. 3, between 12 February and 9 May 2027, through external contracting of the service with a specialized company that carries out the work established in the Particular Technical Prescriptions and its appendix “Work Schedule”, and which shall include, among other things: Taking measurements of the works and manufacturing packing crates. Transport to the exhibition hall from the providers’ premises and return after the exhibition. Packing and unpacking. Mail handling.
