El objeto del presente contrato, de acuerdo con el artículo 99 de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público, es el suministro, instalación, puesta en marcha y garantía de una trituradora específica para residuos voluminosos y para la fracción vegetal (FV) destinada a la Planta de Residuos Voluminosos de Reus, con una capacidad y prestaciones adecuadas para atender una planta con un tratamiento anual aproximado de 4000 toneladas de residuos voluminosos y para complementar la trituración de la FV para la reducción del volumen y transporte en la planta de compostaje. El contrato incluye la entrega del equipo, transporte, montaje, pruebas de funcionamiento, formación al personal y período de garantía y mantenimiento inicial, así como las especificaciones técnicas mínimas necesarias para asegurar la compatibilidad con los procesos de la planta de voluminosos, la mejora de la compactación y prensado de los voluminosos y el aumento de la capacidad y calidad del triturado de la FV. El equipo será nuevo.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract, in accordance with Article 99 of the Public Sector Contracts Law, is the supply, installation, commissioning and warranty of a specific shredder for bulky waste and for the plant-derived fraction (FV) intended for the Bulky Waste Plant in Reus, with a capacity and performance suited to serving a plant with an approximate annual treatment of 4,000 tonnes of bulky waste and to complement the shredding of the FV to reduce volume and enable transport within the composting plant. The contract includes delivery of the equipment, transport, installation, functional tests, training for staff and an initial warranty and maintenance period, as well as the minimum technical specifications required to ensure compatibility with the processes of the bulky waste plant, to improve the compaction and pressing of bulky waste and to increase the capacity and quality of shredding of the FV. The equipment will be new.
