TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contracting of this service is to provide complementary artistic education to regulated education, to promote from childhood the knowledge and learning of different artistic disciplines oriented both to individual practice and to group practice, to offer complete and quality training that allows students to acquire sufficient knowledge to access, if they are interested, regulated education, to develop a wide range of activities in the different disciplines in the musical, instrumental and artistic field without age limits, to organize public performances and amateur artistic activities, etc. The service also includes: - The direction and coordination of the service. - The administrative secretariat tasks of the centre, including the processing of enrolments, the management of these and the management of communication with the students of the centre. - The collection of the enrolments and fees of the students. - The cleaning tasks of the centre, with a total of 9.5 hours per week in accordance with what is indicated in the technical specifications documents. - Porter’s duties for half a working day.
