TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the provision of street cleaning and public space cleaning services in the municipal area of Arroyo de la Luz, including the selection, collection and transport of all urban waste to the treatment plant. The services shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of this set of administrative clauses, the technical specifications document, and the bid submitted by the party awarded the contract, which under no circumstances may involve a reduction of the obligations set out in this set of documents and its annexes, with the aim of guaranteeing health and hygiene and good environmental practices, establishing efficiency criteria, rational use of resources in accordance with the reality of the different public spaces, and the implementation of follow-up and control systems for the quality level required in its performance.
