El objeto lo constituye la prestación de los servicios deportivos, recepción, administración y atención al cliente, mantenimiento (encomendero – conductivo – preventivo – normativo), control y conducción del Centro Deportivo Municipal Marina Besòs, para llevar la gestión de la equipación con el objetivo de la mejora continua de los servicios deportivos y de la instalación mediante sistemas de trabajo en equipo, grupos de mejora y programas de calidad, dirigidos a la práctica deportiva de la ciudadanía.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose consists in providing sports services, reception, administration and customer service, maintenance (dispatch/attending service – conducive/operational – preventive – regulatory), inspection and operation of the Municipal Sports Centre Marina Besòs, in order to manage the equipment with the aim of continuous improvement of sports services and the facility through systems of teamwork, improvement groups and quality programmes, aimed at enabling the public to practise sport.
