El present contracte d'obres públiques té per objecte l’execució de les obres descrites en el «Projecte d'enderroc d'una nau en desús entre mitgeres Avinguda Carrilet, 16 de Reus», aprovat inicialment per acord de la Junta de Govern, de data 8 de maig de 2026 i esdevingut aprovat amb caràcter definitiu en data 8 de juny de 2026. Aquesta actuació està cofinançada per la Unió Europea a través del Fons Europeu de Desenvolupament Regional (FEDER). L'objectiu d'aquesta actuació és fomentar el desenvolupament sostenible i la cohesió econòmica, social i territorial de Reus, en el marc del Programa Operatiu Pluriregional del Fons Europeu de Desenvolupament Regional. Cal entendre que la marca, si s’escau, que acompanya la descripció de determinades partides del projecte tècnic és merament indicativa i s’ha d’entendre seguida de l’expressió “o equivalent” d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 126.6 de la LCSP. Quan es faci referència a certificats de qualitat o norma UNE-EN, es reconeixeran certificats equivalents expedits per organismes establerts en qualsevol Estat membre de la Unió Europea i també s’acceptaran altres proves de mesura equivalents de garantia de la qualitat que presentin els empresaris.

TENDER DESCRIPTION
This public works contract is intended for the execution of the works described in the "Project for the demolition of a disused warehouse between party walls at Avinguda Carrilet, 16 in Reus", initially approved by the Governing Board agreement dated 8 May 2026 and definitively approved on 8 June 2026. This action is co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The objective of this action is to promote sustainable development and the economic, social and territorial cohesion of Reus, within the framework of the Multi-regional Operational Programme of the European Regional Development Fund. It should be understood that the brand, if applicable, accompanying the description of certain items of the technical project is merely indicative and should be understood as followed by the expression "or equivalent" in accordance with the provisions of article 126.6 of the LCSP. When reference is made to quality certificates or UNE-EN standards, equivalent certificates issued by bodies established in any Member State of the European Union will be recognized and other equivalent measurement tests of quality assurance presented by contractors…
