El present contracte té per objecte completar les obres corresponents al projecte de rehabilitació redactat pel tècnic Sr. Eduard Vilà Barbé, després de la resolució anticipada del contracte anterior adjudicat per SMHAUSA, limitant-se exclusivament a les unitats d'obra pendents d'execució segons la documentació tècnica incorporada a l'expedient. L’objecte d’aquest contracte es troba finançat amb fons Next Generation dins del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència i, per tant, finançat per la Unió Europea-NextGenerationEU amb la referència RT-00389-25. Reial Decret 853/2021, de 5 d’octubre, pel qual es regulen els programes d’ajuts en matèria de rehabilitació residencia i habitatge social del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is to complete the works corresponding to the rehabilitation project drafted by the technician Mr. Eduard Vilà Barbé, after the early termination of the previous contract awarded by SMHAUSA, limiting itself exclusively to the units of work pending execution according to the technical documentation incorporated into the file. The purpose of this contract is funded with Next Generation funds within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and, therefore, funded by the European Union-NextGenerationEU with reference RT-00389-25.
