TENDER DESCRIPTION

The ordinary cleaning service for the common areas of the premises of the brigades of the Xarxa Viària and Monuments service, in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the technical specifications document. The Provincial Council of Girona (Diputació de Girona) has staff in its workforce dedicated to carrying out cleaning tasks for the corporation’s office buildings. However, for reasons of technical and organisational efficiency, it is necessary to involve private companies in order to provide the cleaning service for the premises of the brigades of the Xarxa Viària and Monuments service, since the Provincial Council of Girona cannot take on this service because it does not have sufficient personnel in its workforce to provide it. For this reason, it is necessary to initiate a simplified open procedure in order to contract with private companies for the execution of the cleaning service.
