TENDER DESCRIPTION

LOT 1 - “MODERNIZATION OF GORUNULUI STREET” Gorunului Street is located in the northern area of the municipality of Oradea, in the Oncea district, starting at the intersection with Nistrului Street and running up to Alunei Street. The length of the street that has not been modernized is 76 meters; the carriageway is superficially paved, and the sidewalks were arranged by the property owners, each according to their own preferences and resources, but many of them show a visibly deteriorated condition. Also, the system for collecting and evacuating rainwater has not been resolved, which aggravates the deterioration of the road and creates safety issues. The necessity and opportunity of carrying out the investment objective are justified by the technical condition of the street, which represents a real inconvenience for pedestrians and means of transport. It is required to carry out street modernization works, in order to ensure safety and comfort conditions in road and pedestrian traffic.
