TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract consists in the preparation of the Technical Project and the execution of works for the Bucharest ring motorway, km 0+000 – km 100+900, Centura Nord sector km 0+000 - 52+770 (Ensuring all traffic connections at the road junction on DN7 (km 9+400) with Motorway A0), in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. In accordance with the contractual provisions, namely those of H.G. no. 1/2018, any amendments that may occur during the term of the contract refer to the following, without being limited to these: 1. Amendments to the contracting parties, including replacing the contractor with a new contractor under the conditions provided in Article 221(1) letter d), point (ii); 2. Change of the company name and/or form, amendments that do not entail the creation of a new legal person; 3. Amendments resulting from adapting the Execution Technical Project to the actual conditions on site, including changes to specific technical solutions; 4. Amendments resulting from modifications/adaptations of the quantities, positions and/or dimensions of certain works as a result of the situation on site; 5.
