The need and opportunity for the investment objective "Rehabilitation and modernization of the county road section DJ 108 J, km 7+522 – km 16+295, L=8.743 km" were identified as a result of traffic jams in the area, on a road section that ensures the connection between the localities of Curățele – Budureasa and the locality of Bulz, contributing to the improvement of road connectivity in the mountainous area of Bihor County, requiring measures to improve road traffic safety conditions and to improve travel comfort while managing at the same time the reduction of pollutant emissions and the negative impact on the environment.
