TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns urban study services and decision support to stabilize the overall development framework in sectors often involving multiple project owners and local stakeholders, an interweaving of themes, challenges and public policies as well as complex timelines. The objective of the framework contract is therefore to be able to entrust the holders with the realization of different types of urban studies: reference schemes or urban framing studies on strategic sites or vectors of urban development and redevelopment dynamics. The various studies will require skills in urban planning, architecture, and landscape to support certain analyses. They may also occasionally require skills in pre-operational programming and public consultation. These missions may take place throughout the metropolitan area, including in the City Policy Districts. This is a multi-award framework contract.
