TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns urban studies services and decision support aimed at stabilizing the overall development framework on sectors often involving multiple contracting authorities and territorial stakeholders, an interweaving of themes, challenges, and public policies as well as complex timelines. The objective of the framework agreement is therefore to be able to entrust its holders with the realization of different types of urban studies: reference schemes or urban framing studies on strategic sites or vectors of urban development and redevelopment dynamics. The different studies will require skills in urban planning, architecture, and landscape to support certain analyses. They may also occasionally require skills in pre-operational programming and consultation. These missions may take place throughout the metropolitan area, including in the Priority Districts. This is a multi-award framework agreement.
