TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns urban study services and decision support aimed at stabilizing the overall framework for development in sectors often involving multiple contracting authorities and local stakeholders, an interlinking of themes, issues and public policies, as well as complex timelines. The objective of the framework agreement is therefore to entrust its holders with the completion of different types of urban studies: reference schemes or urban framing studies on strategic sites or vectors of urban development and redevelopment dynamics. The various studies will require skills in urban planning, architecture, and landscape to support certain analyses. They may also occasionally require skills in pre-operational programming and consultation. These missions may take place throughout the metropolitan territory, including in Priority Neighborhoods for Urban Policy. This is a multi-award framework agreement.
