TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objectives are as follows: - to have a precise technical and organizational description of the service, - to identify, within the defined perimeter, all hazards related to sanitary security, - to describe in a precise, homogeneous and hierarchical manner all the risks associated with water services, - to describe the actions to be implemented or control measures to reduce these risks, - to evaluate the current organization and describe the organization to be set up to embed the evaluation and strengthening of these action programs in a process of continuous improvement. The structured set of actions resulting from this study will constitute the water sanitary security management plan of LFA. It will cover both the implementation of measures to reduce health risks associated with the production and distribution of drinking water and the establishment of an organization and a set of procedures to deal with crisis situations in the sector.
