TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objectives are as follows: - to have a precise technical and organizational description of the service, - to identify, within the defined scope, all hazards related to sanitary safety, - to describe in a precise, consistent, and hierarchical manner all risks associated with water services, - to describe the actions to be implemented or control measures to reduce these risks, - to evaluate the current organization and describe the organization to be put in place to embed the evaluation and strengthening of these action programs in a process of continuous improvement. The structured set of actions resulting from this study will constitute the water sanitary safety management plan of LFA. It will cover both the implementation of measures enabling the reduction of health risks associated with the production and distribution of drinking water and the establishment of an organization and a set of procedures to manage crisis situations in the sector.
