TENDER DESCRIPTION

This assignment aims to coordinate the study with the service providers for lots 2 and 3. It is also responsible for preparing the entire project file for the beach layout plan by incorporating the documents produced by the other service providers (in particular lot 3). More specifically, it will be responsible for drafting the SAP documents, namely: - Explanatory report - Operational perimeter of the Beach Layout Plan - Site plan of facilities, buildings and installations to be removed as part of the execution of the Beach Layout Plan - Regulatory zoning and perimeter of beach concessions - Architectural and landscape recommendations handbook with regulatory value. Finally, it will facilitate the consultation approach, which will take the form of public meetings or workshops, proposed to the entire municipal population, with the aim of regularly presenting progress of the procedure and collecting opinions.
