TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract includes the works required for the basic repair of the dock pontoons of the Eläintarhanlahti marina, to the extent specified in the contract documents and in accordance with the tender request documents, including all related works and procurement items, to be completed fully and ready. The contracting authority is the Yleiset alueet -service of the City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division, which also acts as the contracting authority in accordance with YSE 98. The works in accordance with the contract documents must be completed and accepted, and the inspections required by the authorities and inspecting bodies must be held and approved by 31.12.2026. The form of contract is a lump-sum contract, in which the contractor selected for the work acts as the main contractor acting as the contracting party in the position of the main implementing party as referred to in YSE and legislation. The contractor is responsible for the contractor’s obligations related to site management and site services. The work is carried out as a lump-sum contract.
