TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement part 1 is the purchase of M3 category II class two-axle electric buses including bus delivery, training, warranty and warranty repair service, and compliance with other conditions set forth in the procurement base documents. The maximum quantity for part 1 is 10 electric buses. Upon signing the framework agreement, a procurement contract for the purchase of 5 electric buses will be concluded. The contracting authority has the right to conclude additional procurement contracts for up to 5 electric buses within six months from the conclusion of the framework agreement. The electric buses offered in the public procurement must be new, identical, and of one type as defined by the European Commission regulations (EU) 858/2018, (EU) 1718/2016 and (EU) 582/2011.
