TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement part 1 is the purchase of M3 category II class two-axle electric buses including delivery of buses, training, warranty and warranty repair service as well as compliance with other conditions set out in the procurement base documents. The maximum quantity for part 1 of the procurement is 10 electric buses. Upon concluding the framework agreement, a purchase contract will be concluded for 5 electric buses. The contracting authority has the right to conclude additional purchase contracts for up to 5 electric buses within six months from the conclusion of the framework agreement. The electric buses offered in the public procurement must be new, identical and of one type within the meaning of European Commission regulations (EU) 858/2018, (EU) 1718/2016 and (EU) 582/2011.
