TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procedure is the procurement of electricity supply for the end customer for MMOs in the entrepreneurship category, in accordance with the conditions set out in this procurement documentation and, provided that they are not inconsistent with these conditions, in accordance with the regulated conditions on the electricity market in the Republic of Croatia — the Electricity Market Act (NN 111/21 and 83/23), the General Conditions for the Use of the Grid and the Supply of Electricity (NN 100/22), the Energy Act (120/12, 14/14, 95/15, 102/15 and 68/18), the Rules on the Operation of the Electricity Market (NN 135/06, 146/10 and 90/12), and other regulations governing the electricity market in the Republic of Croatia.
