TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procedure is the procurement of electricity supply for the end customer for OMMs in the category of entrepreneurship, in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation and, provided that they are not contrary to these, in accordance with the regulated terms on the electricity market in the Republic of Croatia — the Electricity Market Act (NN 111/21 and 83/23), the General Conditions for the Use of the Grid and the Electricity Supply (NN 100/22), the Energy Act (120/12, 14/14, 95/15, 102/15 and 68/18), the Rules for the Operation of the Electricity Market (NN 135/06, 146/10 and 90/12), and other regulations that govern the electricity market in the Republic of Croatia.
