Supply of electricity for business premises and the contracting authority’s metering points in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, whereby the essential elements of the subject matter are: - delivery of electricity to the contracting authority for the purposes of regular business operations, - supply to multiple metering points of the contracting authority, - taking over and purchasing excess electricity produced by photovoltaic power plants connected to the contracting authority’s metering points, - settlement, recording, and reconciliation of the delivered and taken over electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations and market rules.
