TENDER DESCRIPTION
Tartu City Transport purchases new electric bicycles for the bicycle ring system of the city of Tartu. The offered electric bicycles must fit into the existing bicycle ring system, and the tenderer must ensure that the bicycles are compatible with the existing infrastructure and the IT system used (including the control software).
