TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot 4.2 includes all shell construction, finishing, and essential civil engineering services for the construction of the electrode boiler building including the associated outdoor facilities. The construction site will be handed over after completion of the special foundation engineering works. The scope of work includes the excavation of the construction pit, the foundation cushion, as well as all underground media installations including drainage, drinking water, grounding systems, and building entries. The focus is on all reinforced concrete works with slab, foundations, walls, ceilings, cable cellar as well as all structural embedded parts, recesses, penetrations, sealing, and preparatory works for the following trades. Furthermore, the lot includes the massive facades including thermal insulation composite system, all roofing works with sealing and drainage, as well as essential finishing works with floor coatings, raised floor systems, and painting and coating works.
