TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 4.2 includes all shell construction, interior finishing and essential civil engineering services for the construction of the electrode boiler building including the associated outdoor facilities. The construction site will be handed over after completion of the specialist civil engineering works. The scope of services includes the construction of the excavation pit, the foundation cushioning as well as all underground utility installations including drainage, drinking water, grounding systems and building entrances. The focus is on all reinforced concrete works with floor slab, foundations, walls, ceilings, cable cellar as well as all structural built-in parts, recesses, passages, seals and preparatory services for subsequent trades. Furthermore, the lot includes the solid facades including external thermal insulation composite systems, all roof works with sealing and drainage as well as the essential finishing works with floor coatings, raised floor systems as well as painting and coating works.
