The contract timeline includes the following:

• Contract Start Date: The contract becomes valid on the day it is signed by the last contractual party. It becomes effective on the day following the expiration of the warranty period under the related purchase agreement. For the purchase agreement itself, it becomes valid and effective on the day of signing by the last contractual party.
• Total Duration: The service contract is concluded for a definite period, for the lifetime of the device, which is a minimum of 6 years from the effective date of the contract. The general conditions state that the contract is for a definite period, and its duration must always be specified in the contract.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• Service Provision Commencement: Service will be provided immediately after the termination of the warranty service as per the equipment purchase agreement.
• Goods Delivery: The delivery of goods must occur no later than 8 weeks from the effective date of the contract.
• Defect Removal/Repair: Defects are to be removed within 48 hours from the order delivery to the provider for non-complex issues (excluding non-working days). For all defects, repairs must be completed no later than 3 working days from the order delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or electronically.
• Replacement Equipment: If a defect is not removed within 3 working days from the order delivery, or if the equipment is transported to the provider's premises, the provider commits to lending comparable or better replacement equipment if requested by the client.
• Invoice Payment: The payment due date for invoices is up to 60 days from their delivery to the buyer.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the supply and commissioning of an electrophysiological recording system, including accessories, along with comprehensive service assurance for at least 8 years.

Key deliverables and services include:

• Delivery and commissioning of one "Elektrofyziologický záznamový systém" as per technical specifications.
• Warranty service, encompassing full service coverage, delivery of spare parts, regular safety-technical inspections (BTK), electrical revision controls, validations, calibrations, adjustments, and free replacement of all necessary parts, batteries, accumulators, and service kits.
• Long-term stability tests (ZDS) for ionizing radiation sources.
• Periodic metrological verification for equipment with measuring functions, as per relevant legislation.
• Post-warranty service for 6 years, which includes safety-technical inspections (BTK), professional maintenance, and revisions. This covers all associated costs like validations, calibrations, replacement of service kits, batteries, accumulators, labor, service security guarantees, and regular training. It explicitly excludes the cost of spare parts for post-warranty repairs and technician travel/time for such repairs.
• Repair of any defects occurring during the post-warranty service period.
• Updates and maintenance of system software for the equipment during the post-warranty service period.
• Provision of manufacturer's and Czech legislation-prescribed test documentation, attestations, certificates, and declarations of conformity in three Czech copies.
• Provision of a user manual in Czech (electronic format, if issued).
• Submission of technical documentation (technical sheet, product sheet, brochure) to fully describe the supplied item.
• Instruction and training of FNMH personnel on the equipment's use.
