TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Warendorf plans the refurbishment of the Dechant-Wessing-School in Warendorf-Hoetmar, Dechant-Wessing-Straße 28. Site access and supply are provided via Rövkamp street. The original school was built in 1900 and is protected as a listed monument; extensions were added at approximately 1950 and 1960. The overall measure will be carried out in two construction phases and is issued separately for tender. The listed monument-protected school is the 1st phase. By the end of October 2026, it will be vacated and the students will have moved into temporary accommodation (mobile room units). The construction measure for the 1st construction phase (1.BA) must be completed by the end of October 2027. The user will then move from the building sections of the planned 2nd construction phase (2.BA) into the listed monument. Work then begins there, which is to be completed by the end of November 2028 as the separately tendered construction measure. ---- For further details, see tender documents
